FiberFill

FiberFill is a high-performance blow-in cellulose insulation engineered from natural fibers for exceptional thermal performance, acoustic comfort, and moisture regulation. It installs as a seamless, gap-free thermal layer in walls, floors, attics, crawl spaces, and roofs — and stores carbon throughout its life cycle.

Performance

R-Value: Effective R-3.7 per inch.

Acoustic: NRC and SAA ratings exceeding 0.75 per ASTM C423 — exceptional soundproofing performance for residential and commercial assemblies.

Density: Blow-in density of 2.99 lb/ft³ in vertical wall cavities, 1.5–1.9 lb/ft³ in attics, ceilings, and floors. Interlocking fibers minimize long-term settling.

Standards: Fire, fungi, and corrosion resistant. ASTM C423 acoustic compliance.

Composition

Form: Loose-fill cellulose, blown-in via standard insulation blowing equipment.

Sustainability

Carbon-negative: Actively stores CO₂ throughout its life cycle. Carbon-negative footprint vs. conventional fiberglass or foam.
