DELTA®-LFS – Liquid Flashing and Sealant

DELTA®-LFS is a high-performance adhesive, sealant, and liquid flashing. It has been specifically designed for use with all DELTA® air- and water-resistive barriers. It is the product of choice for use around windows and doors as a liquid flashing in rough openings or as a sealant to make the air barrier continuous. It is used as air barrier adhesive in building and construction applications where a high-bond silicone sealant is required. DELTA®-LFS is black in color.
DELTA®-LFS is an excellent liquid flashing for use at window and door openings as well as other enclosure penetrations. It is highly UV stable. Passive House High-performance building material.
DELTA®-LFS is a one-part, moisture curing, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV), 100% silicone adhesive and sealant that cures to form a low-modulus silicone rubber that maintains long-term adhesion and flexibility. It remains flexible from -60°C to 200°C (-76°F to 392°F) and is fully compatible with:
