DELTA-DRY is a ventilated rainscreen for complete moisture protection behind adhered manufactured stone veneer, conventional stucco, and other absorptive claddings. Its semi-rigid HDPE membrane carries a unique structure of studs and channels that creates a protective barrier around the home — stopping dampness from moving through the wall from the outside, while letting any moisture that originates inside the structure escape harmlessly to the exterior.

The first channeled polyethylene sheeting that dries and drains and cannot be penetrated by air or moisture. Water that gets into the air gap flows down the pathway to the outside of the building, where it drains away.

• 3-dimensional dimple-and-groove membrane, special High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
• Two-sided exterior and interior drainage and ventilation
• Ventilated air space allows interior water vapor to escape, minimizing condensation
• Complete capillary break behind the cladding captures and drains transient moisture
• Waterproof — resists wind-driven rain and snow and manages water leakage through the cladding
• Installed outboard of the water-resistive barrier over the sheathing
• Material is easily cut; seams are simply butted together — no overlap required
• Exterior cladding installed as usual, right on top of the rainscreen
• Meets ASTM E2925 (Standard Specification for Manufactured Polymeric Drainage and Ventilation Materials Used to Provide a Rainscreen Function)
