Insulation Sill Profile

Blaugelb Insulation Sill Profile is an EPS insulation profile sized for the sill of a window or door — providing thermal protection at the rough-opening sill line.

What it does

The profile sits under the window or door sill, breaking the thermal bridge that would otherwise carry heat directly through the sill into the wall. It's designed to pair with the Blaugelb Sill Connection Profile, which is positioned narrower than the frame so the interior or exterior window sill can be aligned exactly.

When and where to use it

• Under window and door sills
• New construction and energy retrofit
• High-performance and Passive House projects

Key benefits

• EPS rigid foam — low thermal conductivity
• Sized to match Blaugelb installation system
• Designed to be paired with the Sill Connection Profile
• Bonded to the Sill Connection Profile with two strands of Blaugelb Hybrid Polymer Power Fix
