PROSOCO R-Guard AirDam is a gun-grade silyl-terminated polymer (STP) sealant that creates the interior air seal between window or door frames and the rough opening.
What it does
Installed in rough openings prepared with R-Guard FastFlash, AirDam diverts wind-driven rain and condensation outward to the flashing membrane and water-resistive barrier — and prevents conditioned indoor air from leaking out (and humid outside air from leaking in) at the most leak-prone detail in the wall.
