FAKRO Insulated Metal Attic Ladder is a three-section folding steel ladder with an insulated white hatch — available as the LML (350 lb load capacity) and the LMP (375 lb load capacity, for ceilings up to 12 ft).
What it does
Three powder-coated steel sections fold compactly above an insulated door: a 1 1/8" insulation core delivers an R-value of about 5.2, and a perimeter gasket seals the hatch against drafts. The LML uses telescopic stile ends for fine height adjustment; the LMP is engineered for tall ceilings, with an unloading mechanism integrated into the handrail.
