Clima Control — humidity-variable airtight layer
Clima Control is a humidity-variable polyamide vapour control membrane (polyamide functional film with PP reinforcement) engineered for the warm side of insulation in timber-framed roofs and walls. As interior humidity rises, the Sd value drops from ~5 m down toward 0.15 m so the assembly can dry inward; at normal interior humidity it acts as a vapour control layer.

Grades
Select grade in the sizing panel:
- 80 g/m² — lightest; minimum mass, maximum visibility over hidden structure. Retrofit + new-build.
- 145 g/m² — mid-weight; better tear resistance for larger spans.
- 160 g/m² (TT) — robust; reinforced overlap zones for assemblies that get walked on.
Format
4′11″ × 164′ rolls (59″ × 164 ft = 806 sqft per roll). Seal overlaps with Rothoblaas airtight tape (Flexiband 60 / Seal Band 60 / Smart Band depending on assembly).
