Front Band

Rothoblaas Front Band is a high-performance single-sided sealing tape built on a new-generation monolithic membrane carrier, engineered for exterior detail work where heat and UV resistance matter.

What it does

The monolithic membrane carrier gives high thermal stability (heat resistance to 100°C) and UV durability that ordinary airtight tapes don't have, while the adhesive bonds to common construction substrates. It seals overlaps and details on the exterior side of the building envelope.

When and where to use it

• Exterior membrane overlap and detail sealing
• Facade joints and air-seal details exposed to UV
• Behind ventilated or open-jointed cladding (where the higher-spec UV 210 grade is needed for direct exposure)
