DELTA-DRY STUCCO & STONE is a ventilated HDPE rainscreen with a factory pre-installed polypropylene mortar screen that reduces scratch-coat mortar consumption. Air gaps on the interior and exterior side of the membrane make it the ideal protection behind adhered manufactured stone veneer and conventional stucco.

The pre-installed mortar screen prevents scratch coats from filling the dimple structure, preserving the drainage and ventilation that protects against solar-driven moisture toward the interior — a common failure mode with absorptive claddings.

• Complete capillary break behind the cladding captures and drains transient moisture
• Waterproof — resists wind-driven rain and snow and manages water leakage through the cladding
• Installed outboard of the water-resistive barrier over the sheathing
• Material is easily cut with a utility knife; seams are simply butted together — no overlap required
