WickRight Low-Slope Roof Vent exhausts moisture vapor and eliminates condensation build-up in roof systems.
Patented Low-Slope Roof Vent exhausts heat from under the roof membrane and beneath the plywood roof deck and interstitial roof space. This eliminates condensation build-up, which significantly extends the life of roof membranes, plywood sheathing and insulation. Low-Slope Roof Vent also provides an interior rain screen for walls, allows moisture vapor to exit and separates the roof space from the masonry to keep it dry.
Low-Slope Roof Vent works in conjunction with WickRight Vented Receiver Clip or WickRight Metal Coping Vent (which are installed on top of the parapet) to maintain/restore health to masonry walls and low-slope roof systems. We highly recommend combining parapet and roof passive ventilation systems to gain significant drying effect for buildings.
Low-Slope Roof Vent can be installed with or without parapet ventilation devices. Installing our Roof Vent plastic extension (add to your order for an additional $25 per 100 ft) beyond the roof system, down to the drywall if possible, will provide maximum drying to the wall and roof system, and beyond any through-wall flashings.

Modified Bitumen can be torched directly to the 1/2″ Polyiso Coverboard side of WickRight Low-Slope Roof Vent.

Decide if installing with Capstone Vented Receiver Clip, Metal Coping Vent or if installing without additional WickRight Passive Ventilation
Decide on Height of Roof Termination/height of Low-Slope Roof Vent to be ordered – 12″, 16″ or 48″ (or somewhere in between). WickRight can cut custom sizes or Low-Slope Roof Vent can be cut in the field.
Measure interior side of parapet wall. Order length plus 10% for corners and to ensure you have enough product on site.

Low-Slope Roof Vent is typically in stock, however, should fabrication be needed, it takes 7-10 business days. Shipping is typically via FedEx LTL Freight, 5-10 business days.
