Echoseal Alu FR

ECHOSEAL ALU FR is a fire-rated airtight sealing tape with an aluminium carrier and black lacquer finish, engineered to seal fire-rated membrane systems on high-rise and regulated buildings.

What it does

The aluminium foil acts as a barrier against moisture, dust, and flame. Used alone the tape achieves Euroclass B fire rating; combined with compatible Partel fire-rated membranes it reaches Euroclass A2-s1,d0 — the highest non-combustible classification.

When and where to use it

• Sealing overlaps on IZOPERM PLUS FR, EXOPERM MONO DURO 200, and ECHOFOIL membranes
• Window and door connections in fire-rated wall assemblies
• Corner joints in high-rise construction subject to Building Regulations fire requirements
• Vapour-tight detailing (Sd > 1500 m) for moisture-sensitive assemblies
