Includes insulated multi-chamber PVC curb and gas springs
Anti-slip tape on the base ensures safe access to the flat roof
The sash can be opened up to 60°
Intended for roofs with pitches between 0° and 5°
Can be mounted on an additional XRD base with a height of 5.9″, for installation in green and living roofs
Option to install an additional ZBR lock which protects against accidental closure of the sash

Thermal performance with a R-value of 8.33.
Piston-assisted hatch for easy opening.
Hatch stays open between 60-degree angle
Anti-slip tape on the frame for safe exit to the flat roof.
Secure locking mechanism ensures reliable and safe latching.
Internal color: white; External metal sheeting color: dark gray RAL 7022.
Door construction features a layered PVC-XPS-PVC plate with a lightweight extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) core, covered on both sides with a hard layer of PVC and topped with aluminum sheeting.

Additional Notes:

The DRL in the size 70x130cm can be installed in combination with LML attic ladders of the same size. This DRL size includes an extension (approximately 7.9 inches) to create an additional step at the roof surface for maximum comfort when used with LML attic ladders.
