How to Apply

Surface Prep:

1. Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, solid, and closed.

2. Fill large gaps (> 5mm / 0.2”) with fast-setting cement-based filler or polyurethane foam.

3. Seal smaller gaps (2–5mm / 0.08–0.2”) with Passive Purple® Brush—a thicker, paint-on version of the product.

Application Options:

• Airless Spray: Fastest method—ideal for large projects. One operator can cover up to 300 m² (3,200 sq. ft.) per day.

• Brush or Roller: Perfect for smaller projects, renovations, or DIY use. Our roller version makes airtightness achievable without specialized equipment.
